Can I use MyTerms Pro to track items other than subscriptions?
Yes, absolutely you can. You can use MyTerms Pro to track a recurring payment such as rent or insurance or even time limited services such as a passports, a driver’s license or product warranty.
Do you have a mobile app?
MyTerms Pro is a web-based app which gives you mobile functionality when accessed from the browser of your smartphone or tablet. For example, you can take a photo of an invoice or contract and capture this in MyTerms Pro straight from your smartphone.
While do not currently have an app on the iTunes or Android stores, but it is in our plans so watch this space!
Is there a limit to the number of services or subscriptions that I can manage?
The number of services, payment types and alerts that you have are determined by the plan that you are on. Check out our pricing page for further details on each plan.
Do I need to enter my credit card info to use the free version?
No, you are only required to enter payment details if you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
What are Payment Types?
Payment Types are a way for you to link your services and subscriptions to the payment method that you use. This is useful when your credit card is expiring or you change providers so you know which subscriptions to update. The number of payment types you can create depends on your plan. Check out our pricing page for further details.

How do I upgrade my account?
Upgrading your account is performed within the MyTerms Pro application. You can select the upgrade option from the navigation (side) menu or from within Accounts/Settings.
Whenever you exceed the limit of your plan, MyTerms Pro will automatically provide you an option to upgrade and navigate you through the process to upgrade your plan.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards from major providers and Paypal payments.
Do you offer a discount?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount for annual subscriptions on the MyTerms Pro and MyTerms Premium plans. Subscription management is a long term approach and therefore we would encourage you to consider these options and save money at the same time!
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within the Accounts/Settings page. If you decide to downgrade your plan, you will need to meet the requirements of the lower plan, for instance less than the minimum number of subscriptions, contacts etc. for that plan. If you do to meet the requirements for downgrading the plan, cancelling your account altogether is an option.
We do not provide refunds on account cancellations or downgrades however you will no longer incur any future charges once you cancel your account.
